Humanclock is a project by Craig D. Giffen. People from all over the world submit pictures with certain times on them. Every minute there is a new picture telling the current time.

Marco Pierre White

He is one of the few people that I respect. His philosophies in life as well as food is admirable. He’s got a temper, yet at the same time, a very controlled personality. His charisma is alluring. He is Marco Pierre White.

Here’s two qoutes from one of his most recent show: Marco’s Great British Feast. It’s a very inspiring show by the way, I highly recommend it.

“… If you caught a fish every time you went…You’ll get bored. That’s the beauty of it…”

“…I never get nervous, I leave it to the people around me…”

Don’t Blame the Karaoke “Singers”

Karaoke to me is noise pollution.. oh no hang on, it’s not.. it’s torture.

After reading an article on PopSci, I’ve learn not to put the blame on those torture bringers. According to the article, it has been scientifically proven that they are sub-consciously unaware of what they are doing. Yes, they are in a distorted reality while doing their “thing”.

Here’s an excerpt:

After a number of acoustic tests, the researchers discovered that most of the singers who couldn’t follow a song’s pitch and timing fell into the first of two phenotypes: they were tone deaf yet blissfully unaware of it. The remainder of the poor singers had no trouble judging a proper note, yet were unable to hit it themselves, and knew it.
