Avocado, not a fruit that most people would consume frequently. It looks exotic and doesn’t really have that fruity taste. But recently I had a new found love for Avocado + Mango juice, despite being told by SOMEONE that it will make me fat, I still love it! Did some research and found out that the fat is actually the good type, monounsaturated fat, and it contains loads of other goodies as well:
- Contain oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat that may help to lower cholesterol
- Good source of potassium, a mineral that helps regulate blood pressure
- One cup of avocado has 23% of the Daily Value for folate, a nutrient important for heart health
- Great antioxidants, good for complexion
- Great source of dietary fibre, hence, will aid healing for people suffering from digestive and circulatory problems

So next time you visit your favourite fruits stall, ask for a Avocado + Mango (or any fruit you fancy) juice :)
