I scavange my fridge for any thing cookable or edible like I always do if I’m home during lunch. Today, I’ll be having the

Simei Stir Fried Fussili

INGREDIENTS

  1. Fussili (Because it’s a Fussili dish)
  2. 4 x stalks of Kai Lan (For colour, texture and health’s sake)
  3. 1 x Onion (For taste)
  4. Chopped garlic
  5. 2 x Crab Sticks (For colour)
  6. 1 x Sausage (I Love meat)
  7. (some) Oyster Sauce
  8. (a little) Teriyaki Sauce
  9. (as much as you like) Freshly grounded pepper (powdered pepper sucks)

HOW TO PREPARE

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 7 mins
  2. Mean while, chop up the veges, onion, crab sticks and sausage
  3. Once the pasta is done, drain the pasta and cool it with tap water
  4. Heat the pan and add some oil
  5. Throw in the chopped garlic and onions, brown them
  6. Once the fragrance from the garlic and onions is out, throw in the pasta and the rest of the ingredient
  7. Mix’em up
  8. Add the oyster sauce and teriyaki sauce. How much? Use your aga-ration.
  9. Stir, stir and stir
  10. Add freshly grounded pepper, stir
  11. Serve
