I scavange my fridge for any thing cookable or edible like I always do if I’m home during lunch. Today, I’ll be having the
Simei Stir Fried Fussili
INGREDIENTS
- Fussili (Because it’s a Fussili dish)
- 4 x stalks of Kai Lan (For colour, texture and health’s sake)
- 1 x Onion (For taste)
- Chopped garlic
- 2 x Crab Sticks (For colour)
- 1 x Sausage (I Love meat)
- (some) Oyster Sauce
- (a little) Teriyaki Sauce
- (as much as you like) Freshly grounded pepper (powdered pepper sucks)
HOW TO PREPARE
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 7 mins
- Mean while, chop up the veges, onion, crab sticks and sausage
- Once the pasta is done, drain the pasta and cool it with tap water
- Heat the pan and add some oil
- Throw in the chopped garlic and onions, brown them
- Once the fragrance from the garlic and onions is out, throw in the pasta and the rest of the ingredient
- Mix’em up
- Add the oyster sauce and teriyaki sauce. How much? Use your aga-ration.
- Stir, stir and stir
- Add freshly grounded pepper, stir
- Serve

sausage is hardly meat man, but it did add abit of appetizing to the dish

yeah.. sausage is the inards plus unwanted parts of the animal
